What we can offer
Every web site is different, so it's hard to be specific about exactly how we will meet your needs. Look below to get some basic information about how we work, extras like photography and video and some guide to how we deal with cost.
Here's how we work:
You give the orders: indicate what you want, perhaps refer to sites you have seen that you like (or don't like!). We are located in North Wales, but with email, telephone, Skype - or a meeting if you prefer - we will make sure communications are good!
A sample site gets put up - for your eyes only!
Your responses to the sample site guide the development. Everything proceeds at the pace you choose. Email, telephone or meet, you are in charge.
My site needs text, but I'm not the world's greatest writer!
No problem! Give us an outline of what you want to say and we will do the writing of the text you'll need. Everything we write will of course be subject to your approval!
I'll need photographs!
If you already have photographs of your own, that's great and we'll work with what you have. If you don't have photographs or would like to have more than you already have, we offer photography at no extra charge. Your photographs will be taken using professional equipment to the best of our ability. If you have taken a look at our featured sites you will have seen many examples of our work! All you pay is agreed travel expenses if that is necessary.
My site needs to go to the movies!
We offer video photography on the same terms as still photography. Please note video material is not broadcast quality - we only shoot for use on web sites!
How much will it all cost?
It's almost impossible to indicate prices without knowing what you want. The number of pages you want, various features you can add, how much maintenance work will be needed are all factors. The easiest way to get an idea of cost is to make contact and discuss what you require, but you can be sure you'll get a good deal. Here's why:
When we agree a price, it will include 12 months routine work on the site as well. So changing photographs or, for example, adding or taking away text on your pages is all included. We'll take care of you!
We'll fully explain our costs, so you are clear how the options open to you affect the final price of the site.
You won't be accumulating unnecessary hosting charges. Many web designers also host your site at rates way above what you should pay. We will recommend a couple of hosting companies and you deal with them direct so you are in control. Depending on your needs, you could be paying as little as £35 per year!
I need help with my computer!
Whether it's broken Windows, messed-up Mac or lost with Linux, we'll do our best to help. You may be a home user or a business user, you may need 'hands on' help or just advice. Either way, use the contact form and we will do our best!
